A month after the Eséka train derailment, France 24 reports the death of 79 people and 26 injured in the incident (Watch)

One month after the train crash in Cameroon that killed 79 people and injured hundreds, the victims are still waiting for an inquiry into what went wrong. However, FRANCE 24 has obtained documents showing that the train exceeded weight regulations.

The news outlet also stated that 79 were killed and 26 injured in the incident. It is imperative to note that at least 800 people were injured in the Eséka train derailment.
