President Paul Biya declares Monday October 24, a National Day of Mourning

The President of the Republic of Cameroon, Paul Biya has declared Monday October 24, a National Day of Mourning in Cameroon in hommage to victims of the Eseka Camrail derailment via Facebook. Cameroonian flags will fly at half-mast on this particular date in the whole country.
