Rio 2016: Cameroon's athletes bonuses mismanaged and embezzled?

Cameroonian professional boxer and former Interim WBA and WBO middleweight champion, Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam has made interesting accusations concerning the Cameroon delegation managing athletes funds at the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. He accused the delegation of embezzling and mismanaging funds set aside for the athletes in the competition.

The managers of the Cameroonian delegation have the power to ruin the career of children. I speak for the young people. The bonuses for qualification and preparation previously promised to all Cameroonian athletes have not been delivered. My coach left because he was not properly welcomed. I want to put in the eyes of the people of Cameroon and the world the truth and how the dream of the Cameroonian youths turns into a nightmare. And I will not hesitate to give names. No matter what happens later. After people will be surprised why Cameroonian talents prefer to leave their country…it’s simply because leaders are rotten. And I weigh my words," said the boxer the 32-year-old boxer.
N'dam was eliminated from the competitions on 7 August 2016, but is still in Rio cheering on his teammates that are still in the competition.
