"I WILL NOT change how I dress" - Sahndra FON DUFE

USA-based Cameroonian actress, writer and activist, Sahndra FON DUFE who was recently put on blast by her fans for exposing too much breast on Facebook wants fans to know the back lash from them wouldn't make her change the way dresses anytime. Sahndra addressed the issues on a post on he blog titled RANT: The SIN of Having Big Boobs. She wrote;
"....I love my fans. I appreciate them, and
I am all about a diversity of opinion and viewpoints. However, fan or not, I do not allow B.S in my
personal space; including MY page."
"My 44K+ Facebook following wasn’t built overnight. While it is an up-and-coming following, Its been cultivated over the years, mostly comprising of friends and fanswho align with the values that I stand for. A big one is RESPECT.I don’t condone anyone’s need to make
Another feel some type of way about them being
confident about their natural bodies, skin, hair or figure."

She continued by declaring that...

"While I don’t expect you to necessarily understand,
or agree with me
On this particular topic,
I openly invite people with myopic, sexist mindsets like this
To kindly unfollow or block my page.
Because I WILL NOT change how I dress.
Neither will I get a breast reduction or wear a jacket all dayTo make anyone feel better about themselves."
"And, to the one who asks about my mentorship of children,If my C cup is the reason why you question my mentorship abilities, then that is something you will have to
make peace with, because I
will not stop anytime soon."
Sahndra went further to address "Breast Shaming". Read the whole post HERE.

It's a disgrace you're even trying to justify this kind of nudity.

    1. FYI we are not from the same tribe okay? I'm a Bakwerian and her dressing me seem inappropriate to you but to her it's okay. So now who is she trying to please? You or her self? I'm not trying to take her side but don't just like people throwing sticks at some one about dressing. I can only criticize my girlfriend or sister's dressing habit and by criticizing I mean give advise

    1. What do you mean by I'm trying to be famous by supporting her? If she was my sister or girlfriend then believe me I would have been the first to throw sticks at her but I don't know her personally so can't dictate what had to Wear or not. Plus why is that most of you criticizing her here are anonymous? ? It's really bizzar.

If you want to reach out to Cameroonians then dress properly and stop being defensive.

  10. On a serious note. I don't see what's really wrong with the picture. Big breast or not I don't see why a lady shouldn't dress like that especially on a hot or sunny day. If some of you want to give advise about dressing then do that with your sisters and girlfriend and not someone who has work hard to build a name of her self. Most you guys criticizing her here are the same people who go to Facebook and instagram to comment sexy and hot and all what on pictures most girls post where they are half naked just to get their attention but since you don't stand a chance with her then you criticize. Cameroonians them lack work

    1. THANKS FOR THAT. ALL I HAVE BEEN READING AS CONCERNS THIS SAHNDRA ISSUE HAS BEEN MAKING ME SICK. CALLING HER LESS THAN A WOMAN FOR FEELING COMFORTABLE IN HER SKIN AND WEARING WHAT IS PLEASING TO HER. THEY SHOULD START BY TELLING THEIR SISTERS, GIRLFRIENDS, WIVES AND EVEN DAUGHTERS TO DRESS WELL. AND TO THINK SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY BRING CHRISTIANITY INTO IT. SINCERELY SUCH CAMEROONIANS ARE JUST A BUNCH OF RETARDED ARCHAIC LUNATICS

  13. Dressing is a choice. some choose to dress indecently for several reasons. But i think that the case of Sandra Fondufe is a case because of the mentoring programs she does with young girls in Cameroon. To me its her body and she can wear what she likes. But seriously it does not speak well of her if she really wants to influence the lives of young girls. Is this what she can advice them to wear on a hot summer day? Is this her definition of a summer dress? If she became a mother would she appreciate her daughter in dresses that cover only nipples? there are summer dresses and there are also SUMMER DRESSES (the sex appeal types). So her justification that it is summer does not hold. My main concern here is that if she really wants to be that model and mentor for young girls to look up to and respect, she should respect her body. I am not sure any normal parent would like her daughter to me under the mentorship of a woman who dresses half naked. Being a mentor and role model is not only about your intellectual capacity. Its about self respect, self worth, responsibility. Its a life style that you have to leave. She certainly does not qualify to mentor young girls if she cannot respect her body or humble herself and accept that her dressing is indecent. I think she should contact Okawa Shaznay for lessons. Okawa is beautiful, talented, very hot and decent. She is that role model that our girls can look up to.

  16. Folks, she has a right to dress as she pleases. Guys and gals, you should stop this Ni John way of showing disapproval. I have a daughter. While I do not mind her dressing as she wants, I forbid her from coming within a half-mile from my daughter in the name of mentor-ship. I will not throw insults. I prefer to speak softly and respectfully but 'carry a big stick'.

    1. Excellent! While I do not condone the insults, I believe those showing disapproval are not doing so simply because she dresses as she does, but mostly because she wants to be a role model for young Cameroonian girls. Like Anonymous said above, if you have a daughter and u see such a person wanting to act as a role model to your daughter, you need to speak up. There are Cameroonians ladies who are into prostitution and dress worse than this. Not sure there is a public outcry about their dressing.

  17. Ma Broda/sista, u tokam correct. To let her dress like this and mentor young girls is like letting a pervert stroke his dick at a children's playground. hahahaha. U need to get a big stick and beat the shit out of the perve.

  18. Please feel free to dress as you wish. It is your right. however, if you dress like that, please do NOT come close to any young girls. I do not care whether they are my daughters or not. You just have to stay clear. period.
