Chocolatier ‘Mars’ goods removed from shelves in Cameroon

On Tuesday, Cameroon’s Trade Ministry announced in a statement, the withdrawal from the local shelves of goods by American chocolatier “Mars”. This major was taken after a consumer discovered, of a small piece of plastic in one of the confectionery giant’s products.

 The chocolatier decided to remove its products from several countries. The brands affected are Balisto, Bounty, Celebrations, Dove, Mars, Milky Way, Snickers, Twix, Skittles and M & M’S. The timespan for its products run from June 19, 2016 to January 8, 2017.
