Yaounde Terror threats: US Government warns its citizens

The US Embassy in Cameroon has reacted to the high terror threats in Yaoundé by issuing the following statement:

"The U.S. Embassy is aware of reports that Cameroonian Security Forces are increasing their presence at hotels, government buildings, and other public areas, including at ministries, army barracks, military hospitals, and “crowded places”, over the weekend of March 4 in response to possible threats against public venues in Yaoundé.
The U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé reminds all U.S. citizens to remain vigilant, exercise due caution, and monitor reliable news sources for current information. Historically, large open markets, hotels, parks, and sporting venues have been targeted by groups with nefarious intentions....."

Has the Cameroun government warned her citizens? Minister Issa Tchiroma is still to make a statement?
