A nursing home employee, 20-year-old Alexis Williams, an employee at the Bristol Court Assisted Living Facility on 3479 54th Avenue North in unincorporated St. Petersburg in Florida is in police custody Wednesday after detectives say she filmed two senior residents having sex without their knowledge or consent and shared the video with her followers on Snapchat in August of last year.

According to Egyptian security forces, Asmaa Samir was brutally tortured by her husband Mustafa Raafat who tied her with ropes and locked her up in their house for three days while depriving her of food and drink and torturing her using sharp tools.

Meningitis outbreak reported in Yaounde Central Prison

A meningitis outbreak that began earlier this month at the Yaounde Central Prison in Kondengui has grown to about two dozen cases in a matter of about four weeks.

6 Aid Workers Are Killed in South Sudan Ambush



Six aid workers were ambushed and killed in South Sudan, the deadliest attack on humanitarian workers since the East African nation's civil war began in 2013.

The attack took place Saturday on the road from Juba, the capital, to Pibor, where there have been recent reports of fighting, said Eugene Owusu, the top U.N. humanitarian official in South Sudan in a statement issued Sunday. He did not identify the nationalities of the aid workers or their organization.

Another Anglophone Lawyer Arrested, Whisked To Yaounde

Human rights lawyer and former President of Northwest Common Law Lawyers’ Association, was on Thursday, March 16 arrested and transferred to Yaounde.

According to The Post, Barrister Robert Fon was summoned to the Northwest Governor’s office where he was arrested and whisked off to Yaounde.
